Jamieson joined Illawarra for the 2011 Waratah League season, beginning his senior state league career with his hometown association after coming through the Illawarra junior pathway.
Jamieson continued with Illawarra for the 2012 Waratah League season, remaining in the Hawks’ state league setup as a forward from the Illawarra region.
Illawarra retained Jamieson for the 2013 Waratah League season, where he became one of the leading players in the Waratah Youth League Division One Men competition. He was named to the All Star Five, won the league MVP and finished as the competition’s leading scorer at 21.36 points per game, with Illawarra also tied to the 2013 past MVP record for the division.
Jamieson remained with Illawarra for the 2014 Waratah League season, completing the four-year Illawarra state league stint provided in his career record.
Canberra added Jamieson for the 2015 SEABL season, reuniting him with former Wollongong teammate Dan Jackson in the Gunners’ frontcourt group. Canberra finished seventh in the East Conference and 14th overall with an 8–16 record, with Jamieson part of a roster coached by Shawn McEachin and featuring Ben Allen, Daniel Joyce, Andrew Murphy, Reece Kaye, Bul Kuol and Jackson.
Mount Gambier added Jamieson for the 2017 SEABL season, bringing him into a Pioneers side that continued its run near the top of the competition. The Pioneers won the 2017 SEABL East Conference title and then claimed the SEABL National Championship, the club’s third national title in four years.
Jamieson returned to Mount Gambier for the 2018 SEABL season, with the Pioneers entering the year with a returning championship core that included Tom Daly, Brad Hill, Erik Burdon, Lewis Thomas, Majok Deng and Jamieson. He hit a two-point jump shot in the final seconds to give Mount Gambier a two-point road win over the Basketball Australia Centre of Excellence, then the Pioneers completed the Canberra double-header with a 12-point win over the Canberra Gunners.
Sutherland added Jamieson for the 2025 NBL1 East season, with the Sharks signing the Illawarra-born forward before their Round 2 away game against Hills and Round 3 home debut against Bankstown. He became one of Sutherland’s main frontcourt contributors, averaging 12.00 points, 8.38 rebounds, 1.76 assists, 1.19 steals and 1.10 blocks while ranking second on the team in rebounds and blocks.
Jamieson scored 16 points, 10 rebounds, four assists and two steals for Sutherland in a 2025 NBL1 East win over Bankstown, then added 16 points, 10 rebounds, four steals and two assists in an Anzac Round win over Illawarra. Sutherland finished the regular season at 11–9 and entered the finals from eighth place.
Sutherland used Jamieson in its 2025 NBL1 East finals run, where he had 13 points and six rebounds in an 89–84 elimination final win over Bankstown. He followed with 19 points, 11 rebounds and three blocks in the preliminary final against Canberra, with Sutherland’s season ending in an 84–76 loss.
Jamieson continued with Sutherland for the 2026 NBL1 East season, remaining in the Sharks’ frontcourt. Early in the season he averaged 5.25 points, 7.00 rebounds, 2.00 assists and 1.00 blocks, leading Sutherland in rebounds and blocks while ranking second on the team in assists.
