BIO: Doolittle was born in Edmond, Oklahoma where he played basketball for Edmond Memorial High School. During his freshman season, he played with his future college teammate Jordan Woodard and won the Class 6A state title.
As a sophomore, Doolittle averaged 14.6 points and 8.3 rebounds per game. In his junior season, he averaged 17.5 points and a Class 6A-high 12 rebounds per game, earning first-team all-conference, The Oklahoman Super Five and Class 6A all-state honours.
As a senior, Doolittle averaged 24 points, 13 rebounds and five assists per game and led Memorial to the Class 6A state quarterfinals. He was named to the USA Today All-USA Oklahoma first team. Doolittle finished his career as his school’s all-time leader in points, rebounds and games played. A four-star recruit and the top player from Oklahoma in the 2016 class, he committed to play college basketball when he was a junior in high school
NBL EXPERIENCE
Kristian Doolittle made his NBL debut with the Perth Wildcats at 35 years of age. He scored four points in his first game.
The 26-year-old from Oklahoma was a valuable and reliable contributor for the Wildcats as they made a return to play-offs after finishing second on the ladder.
Doolittle averaged nine points, a team-high 6.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists for the season including four double-doubles.
A week after the Wildcats were eliminated from the playoffs, Perth showed their faith in Doolittle by re-signing him to play for the club the following season.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to return to the Wildcats for NBL25 as we look to go a step closer to winning a 11th NBL Championship,” Doolittle said.
“I really enjoyed my first season with the club under coach John Rillie and playing in front of the Red Army.”
Doolittle arrived in Perth the week of the team’s season-opening win over Tasmania. Doolittle averaged 9.0 points (43% field-goal percentage), a team-high 6.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists in his first season in the NBL. This included a monster 17-point, 16-rebound game against Cairns on Boxing Day and four double-doubles throughout the season.
Doolittle suffered a few injury niggles along the way, but bounced back every time to be a valuable and reliable contributor for the Wildcats as they made a return to play-offs and was awarded the club’s Andrew Vlahov Medal as Best Defensive Player while finishing third in the Gordon Ellis Medal MVP voting behind Bryce Cotton and Keanu Pinder.
In the six games Doolittle scored 15 points or more across the season, the Wildcats won five.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

On October 16, 2020, Doolittle signed with Puerto Rico team Vaqueros de Bayamón after going undrafted in the NBA draft.
On February 6, 2021, he was acquired by the NBA G Leagues Canton Charge but cafter three games he chose to return to Puerto Rico (17 Jun 21), Doolittle returned to Vaqueros de Bayamón and averaged 12 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists per game.
Doolittle signed a one year deal with Hapoel Eilat of the Israeli Basketball Premier League, replacing the injured Ben Carter. (16 Oct 2021).
After his stint in Israel, Doolittle would return to Puerto Rico to play with Vaqueros de Bayamón.
Doolittle spent the 2022/23 season with the Iwate Big Bulls of the Japanese B.League. Again, during the offseason Doolittle returned to play with Vaqueros de Bayamón.
In 2023, Doolittle signed with French team Limoges CSP of the LNB Pro A but prior to the season beginning, was released due to behaviour reasons. Shortly after he signed with the Perth Wildcats in the NBL.
During the offseason Doolittle played with Vaqueros de Bayamón again for a fifth season.
In 2025, Doolittle returned to play in Puerto Ricos BSN for a sixth season, moving on from the Vaqueros de Bayamón after five seasons and two championships with the side to sign with Gigantes de Carolina. There he played with NBL alumni Montrezl Harrell.
COLLEGE
Doolittle spent four years playing for University of Oklahoma in the NCAA’s top division, alongside Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young, LA Laker Austin Reaves and former Wildcat Brady Manek.
As a freshman, Doolittle averaged 9.1 points and 6.2 rebounds per game, making 25 starts. He was suspended for the first semester of his sophomore year due to a academic issue. Doolittle averaged 2.9 points and 4.3 rebounds per game as a sophomore.
As a junior, Doolittle was named to the Third Team All-Big 12 and Big 12 Most Improved Player. He averaged 11.3 points and 7.1 rebounds per game. Doolittle was suspended the first game of his senior season by the NCAA due to participating in a unsanctioned summer league game. On November 18, 2019, Doolittle was named Big 12 player of the week after contributing 19 points, a career-high 16 rebounds, and four assists in a win over Oregon State. He earned his second conference player of the week honours on December 23 after posting 21 points and 15 rebounds against Creighton. At the conclusion of the regular season, Doolittle was named to the First Team All-Big 12. He averaged 15.8 points and 8.9 rebounds per game as a senior, shooting 44.1 percent from the floor, and had 10 double-doubles
