NBL EXPERIENCE

Lueth Awan made his NBL debut with the Sydney Kings at 20 years of age. He went scoreless in his first NBL game.

The 20-year-old, 6’7” guard joined the Kings on a one-year development-player deal after playing with the Norths Bears.

Sydney opened the semifinals on March 11 with a 105-104 victory over Perth at Qudos Bank Arena.

In game two of the semifinals on March 14, Sydney defeated Perth 89-75 to complete a two-game sweep and advance to the Championship Series.

In game one against Adelaide on March 21, Sydney recorded a 112-68 victory at Qudos Bank Arena, with Awan (2 rebounds in 4:41) making his only postseason appearance.

Adelaide responded in game two on March 27 with a 91-89 win at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre to tie the series 1-1.

Sydney regained the advantage in game three on March 29, defeating Adelaide 106-93 at Qudos Bank Arena to move within one victory of the title.
