We recently got our hands on the official Spalding basketballs of the WNBL and NBL.

Both balls have a great grip, look great and use genuine leather. While Spalding has been the NBLand WNBL’s official game ball for the past couple of seasons, they have released brand new designs for both leagues, the WNBL design getting a bold new colour palette and panel design. The ball’s new design isn’t just great from a visual aesthetic, with the panel design on both balls going a long well to help a players shooting consistency.Spalding’s official NBL and WNBL balls both have slightly wider panels/grooves than some other balls we’ve tested and if you’ve ever watched a great shooter, you’ll know the ability to catch, rotate and release in the same manner each time goes a long way to becoming a consistent shooter.

Spalding’s panels allow an easier way to line up on the grooves when shooting so you will be shooting the ball with a more repetitive, consistent action… so much easier.
