Rashad exploded on to the NBL scene in 2003 when the Perth Wildcats added him to their roster as a mid-season replacement. He played well in his debut, but it was when Ricky Grace went down with an injury that Tucker took control of the team and the point guard spot and recorded six triple-doubles in one NBL season.
