NBA EXPERIENCE

Dylan Windler was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers with pick #26 in the 2019 NBA Draft.

After being drafted by Cleveland, he signed his rookie contract but was ruled out for the entire 2019-20 season in January 2020 due to a leg injury before playing a single game. Windler eventually made his NBA debut on December 23, 2020, where he recorded three points and two steals in a 121–114 win over the Charlotte Hornets. On February 23, 2021, he posted a career-high 15 points along with five rebounds in a narrow 112–111 victory over the Atlanta Hawks. Windler spent the next few seasons with the Cavaliers but was plagued by injuries, limiting his overall impact.

NEW YORK / WESTCHESTER KNICKS
2023–2024

On July 26, 2023, Windler signed a two-way contract with the New York Knicks. Shortly before the season began, on October 21, his deal was converted into a standard contract. However, he spent much of his time assigned to the Westchester Knicks in the G-League. On December 13, Windler was waived by the Knicks but was re-acquired by Westchester two days later, continuing his stint in the G-League.

LOS ANGELES / SOUTH BAY LAKERS
2024

On January 6, 2024, Windler signed a two-way contract with the Los Angeles Lakers, where he split his time between the NBA and the South Bay Lakers in the G-League. However, his tenure was short-lived, as he was waived by the Lakers on March 2, 2024.

ATLANTA HAWKS
2024

On March 4, 2024, Windler signed a two-way contract with the Atlanta Hawks, providing depth to their roster while continuing to split time between the NBA and G-League.

Windler played 101 games in the NBA. He averaged 3.2 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 0.8 assists per game over his NBA career.
