STATE LEAGUE EXPERIENCE

  • Cockburn (2010–2014), Willetton (2015–2026)

Scott joined Cockburn for the 2010 SBL season, making his league debut as a 17-year-old guard after being born on 23 October 1992.

Scott continued with Cockburn in 2011 and won the SBL Most Improved Player award, adding the first major individual recognition of his state league career while developing into a regular backcourt contributor.

Cockburn kept Scott in its rotation for the 2012 SBL season, and he was part of the Cougars team that won the championship with a 105–72 Grand Final win over East Perth.

Scott stayed with Cockburn through the 2013 and 2014 SBL seasons, completing his Cougars tenure with 124 games before moving clubs after the end of the 2014 season.

Willetton added Scott for the 2015 SBL season, giving him a new long-term state league home after his first five seasons with Cockburn.

Scott remained with Willetton from 2016 to 2018, becoming part of a Tigers group that pushed into regular finals contention, including a minor premiership season in 2017.

Scott reached his 250-game SBL milestone with Willetton in 2019, entering that game with 249 career games split between 124 for Cockburn and 125 for Willetton while averaging 16.2 points and shooting 44.4 percent from the field and 32.8 percent from three-point range across his career to that point.

Scott played for Willetton in the 2020 West Coast Classic, producing 25 points, five rebounds, three steals and two assists against Perth, then adding 21 points, five steals, four rebounds and two assists against East Perth and 20 points, five rebounds and four assists against Rockingham.

Willetton retained Scott into the NBL1 West era, with the Tigers carrying him on their 2022 roster alongside Andrew Black, Michael Vigor, Oliver Hayes-Brown, Connor Mincherton and Travis Fee.

Scott remained with Willetton for the 2024 NBL1 West season and reached his 350-game milestone in the preliminary final, helping the Tigers beat defending champion Geraldton and reach the club’s first men’s Grand Final since 2010.

In the 2024 NBL1 West Grand Final, Scott scored 14 points and grabbed five rebounds before fouling out with six minutes remaining as Willetton lost 91–89 to Mandurah at RAC Arena.

Scott was still with Willetton in 2025, when the Tigers reached the NBL1 West preliminary final before losing 99–80 to Geraldton.

Scott continued with Willetton in the 2026 NBL1 West season, and through the early part of the campaign he ranked among the Tigers leaders at 11.71 points, 6.29 assists and 4.57 rebounds per game, including a 14-assist performance that helped Willetton beat Eastern and stay unbeaten at 6–0.
