Boomers stars help launch KAYO’s game changing FIBA World Cup offering

The 2019 FIBA World Cup is here. Two of the biggest names in Aussie hoops were on hand today to launch Kayo’s coverage of the 69-year-old tournament.

 

Phoenix Suns and Australian Boomers Centre, Aaron Baynes was joined by his World Cup teammate and Melbourne United Captain, Chris Goulding at the event.

 

Kayo, Australia’s multi-sport streaming service, hoops fans will enjoy slam-dunk coverage. Kayo will be the only place to see all 92 matches of the tournament LIVE and On Demand, as a star-studded Australian team vies for an elusive maiden World Cup medal.

 

The pair traded comradery for competition, as they battled-it-out in a unique, Kayo inspired shooting contest on the shoreline of Melbourne’s picturesque Yarra River.

 

The FIBA World Cup tournament begins on Saturday, 31 August, with the Boomers’ campaign getting underway on Sunday, 1 September against Canada.

 

With Kayo, sports fans can instantly stream all 92 games of the FIBA World Cup, plus over 50 sports LIVE and On Demand from just $25 per month.
