BIO: Ronald Roberts was born in Bayonne, New Jersey (USA). In his freshman and sophomore years, Roberts attended Bayonne High School in his hometown of Bayonne, New Jersey, before transferring to St. Peter’s Preparatory School in 2008 for his junior year. As a junior, he averaged 17.4 points, 11.0 rebounds, and 3.0 blocks per game.
He was selected as a first team all-county and all-league performer for a Marauders’ squad that finished as county champions with a record of 23-3, ranking seventh in the state.
On November 19, 2009, Roberts signed a National Letter of Intent to play college basketball for St. John’s University.
NBL EXPERIENCE
The 36ers released import Ronald Roberts earlier prior to the first game of the 2017/18 season citing a knee injury. Roberts took to social media posts rebutting these claims.
