BIO: Igor Hadziomerovic was born in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Hadziomerovic received a scholarship to attend the Australian Institute of Sport (Canberra) in 2010. He spent two years year there and played for the program’s state league team (2010, 2011).

Hadziomerovic was a part of the Frankston Blues squad that won the 2022 NBL1 South championship. The team went on to make the NBL1 national championship but were defeated by NBL1 West team, Rockingham Flames.
Hadziomerovic returned to play for Frankston during the 2023 NBL1 South season.
Igor Hadziomerovic played four NCAA seasons at Boise State University from 2011–12 through 2014–15, appearing in 109 games with 66 starts and logging 2,365 total minutes (21.7 minutes per game). Across his Boise State career, Hadziomerovic totalled 511 points (4.7 per game), 304 rebounds (2.8 per game), 219 assists (2.0 per game), 67 steals and 14 blocks, while shooting 184-for-456 from the field (.404), 43-for-140 from three (.307), and 100-for-161 at the line (.621).
As a freshman in 2011–12, he played 15 games with four starts before a foot injury interrupted his season, and he posted his best scoring night of the year with 18 points against Cal State Northridge on November 19, including five made three-pointers on seven attempts, with 17 of his 18 points coming after halftime.
Hadziomerovic stepped into a full-time starting role as a sophomore in 2012–13, starting 26 of 29 games and averaging 5.2 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game, with a season-high 15 points against Oakland on November 13, plus a season-high six assists against Seattle on December 2 and a career-high two blocks versus Fresno State on January 23.
In 2013–14, he played 32 games with 17 starts and produced 3.7 points and 2.9 rebounds per game, matching his career-high of seven assists against Simpson on November 15 and grabbing a career-high eight rebounds against South Carolina on December 23, while also reaching double figures with 13 points at New Orleans on November 23 and 12 points against Portland State on November 29.
His most productive year came as a senior in 2014–15, when he played all 33 games and started 19 times while setting career highs in minutes (785), points (166), rebounds (102) and assists (88), and he finished the season shooting .455 from the field and .417 from three.
That senior season included multiple event games and milestone performances, including 12 points (tied for team lead) against Adams State on December 9, a 35-minute overtime outing against Houston on December 22, and an 11-for-11 free-throw performance across Boise State’s Mountain West tournament run, capped by 11 points against Air Force on March 12 and a 6-for-6 free-throw night against Wyoming on March 13.
Hadziomerovic also started in the 2015 NCAA tournament first round against Dayton on March 18, finishing with three points and two rebounds, and Boise State’s official career log credits him as one of three Broncos all-time to start two NCAA tournament games.
